Voice Studio (10-12 Grade)
Voice studio is a new and exciting addition to the BCHS choral curriculum. Small class size provides students in voice studio the opportunity to focus their attention on their development as solo performers in an environment where they can receive the individual instruction they need.
Students in voice studio receive instruction on healthy vocal technique, and develop this technique by learning and performing music from styles ranging from classical to contemporary pop. While this may not fit the traditional model of the voice studio (which is typically based solo around classical repertoires), it allows students to learn and apply healthy vocal technique to the performance of the music they want to sing.
